As soon as you know you would like to book our services let us know and we will be glad to draw up a contract listing the services we will provide for you. We accept 50% deposit of the package you choose, and this can be in the form of either a Visa or Mastercard, or a Cashier’s check or Money Order. |

Refunds: If the undersigned notifies the Photographer and cancels the Special Event within thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Special Event (______________, 2008) a fifty percent (50%) penalty will be charged the undersigned. The fifty percent (50%) will be deducted from the deposit previously provided. The balance of the deposit will promptly forward to the party(ies) who paid the deposit.
NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED
FOR A SPECIAL EVENT
CANCELED AFTER THE THIRTY
(30) DAY TIME PERIOD.
We work well with postponements. No monies are lost. |

We ask you to be as flexible as the palm trees on the beach, we do pay attention to the weather, and will let you know if the at the time scheduled for your wedding is going to be “crappy” we’ll let you know when the window of opportunity will be, or perhaps we can have the event the following day depending on our scheduling. |
